Our core competence covers the full RF spectrum from E‑band, W‑band, D‑band, and beyond, including WR12 precision waveguides (straight, bends, twists, transitions, flexible, and rigid). We machine power distribution elements such as T‑Y‑junctions, attenuators, amplifiers, splitters, coaxial adapters, combiners, circulators, and dividers.
For frequency control and resonance, we produce frequency meters, mixers, resonance components (filters, couplers, resonant cavities, resonators, irises, tuning columns, and other RF devices). Our antenna portfolio includes pyramidal horns, sectoral horns, conical horns, corrugated horns, slot arrays, and leaky‑wave antennas.
Every part is machined from customer‑specified materials (aluminum, copper, brass, or coin silver) using high‑speed milling, micro‑EDM, and femtosecond laser finishing. We also manufacture connection and interface hardware: flanges (plain and choke), shims, gaskets, covers, caps, dowel pins, seals, adapters, pressure windows, E‑plane and H‑plane tees, and magic tees. Special integrated structures are another strength: double‑ridge and ridged waveguides, split‑block housings, monobloc components, multi‑layer assemblies, and complete waveguide housings. Our CNC custom precision machining covers intracavities, slot arrays, transitions, converters, switches, rotary joints, orthomode transducers (OMT), feed horns, isolators, diplexers, multipliers, phase shifters, detectors, and oscillators.
