Custom Split-Block Waveguide | W-band to THz | Micro-milling & Electroforming.
WR-12 / WR-10 / WR-3 / WR-6 Waveguide | Gold-plated | Flanged or Unflanged.
We are a specialized manufacturing facility dedicated to the precision machining of custom microwave waveguide components. Unlike trading companies or engineering consultancies, we are a factory with a full suite of advanced machining capabilities. Our core competency lies in translating customer-provided drawings into high-quality, ready-to-install parts with tight tolerances.
We understand that standard, off-the-shelf solutions often fall short for advanced research and high-frequency systems. That is why we focus exclusively on custom fabrication. Whether your design requires a simple straight section, a complex E‑plane bend, a twist, a power divider, or an integrated horn antenna, we have the in-house expertise to produce it exactly to your specifications. We work with a wide range of metals, including brass, copper, aluminum, and invar, and offer critical secondary operations such as precision flange facing and high-quality gold plating for optimal conductivity.
Our technical focus is on the most demanding frequency bands. We have extensive experience machining components for millimeter-wave (30-300 GHz), submillimeter-wave (300 GHz- 3 THz), and terahertz (0.1- 10 THz) applications. We are proficient in the manufacturing techniques required for these short wavelengths, including split-block micro-milling for complex internal geometries, high-speed 5‑axis machining, and post-processing methods to achieve the necessary surface finishes for low insertion loss.
For your next project, do not settle for a modified standard part. Send us your drawing. We will provide a competitive quote and manufacture a waveguide component that integrates seamlessly into your system. From prototype to production, our factory delivers precision, quality, and reliability at the highest frequencies.
